Terms of Service

• If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours' notice where possible, and I'll do my best to find a new date.

• Sessions are non refundable unless the above notice is given. If this is the case, the session can be moved to a different date or payment returned.

• If I need to cancel or reschedule (illness, emergency), you'll be offered the next available date at no extra cost.

• Golden Walks sessions happen outdoors, so weather can affect scheduling.

• In the case of heavy rain, extreme weather, or conditions unsafe for you or your dog, we'll reschedule at no charge.

• Light rain, wind, or overcast skies are usually fine and often produce lovely results — I'll always be upfront if I think conditions aren't workable.

• Sessions are designed to be low-stress and dog-led. We'll work at your dog's pace throughout.

• Please bring your dog's usual lead, treats, and anything that helps them feel comfortable.

• You (the owner/handler) remain responsible for your dog's behaviour and safety throughout the session, including around other people, dogs, and wildlife.

• If your dog shows signs of stress or discomfort, we'll pause or adjust the session as needed.

• Sessions within [10 miles] of Pagham are included in the session price.

• Sessions beyond this radius may incur a travel charge of [45p per mile], agreed before booking.

• Your private online gallery will be delivered within a week of your session.

• Galleries remain available to view/download for [1 month] — please download your images within this window, as galleries may be removed afterward to manage storage.

• Typically [15–25] edited images are included; all editing is limited to natural light and exposure correction — no filters, retouching, or AI enhancement.

• Copyright of all images remains with Wispy Willow Creations / Golden Walks.

• You're welcome to share, print for personal use, and post your images on personal social media (a credit/tag is always appreciated but not required).

• Images may not be used for commercial purposes, resale, or by third parties without permission.

• I may use images from your session for my own portfolio, website, and marketing (including social media), unless you let me know in advance that you'd prefer otherwise.

• Prints and greeting cards made from your session are available separately through Wispy Willow Creations — see [prints & cards page] for current pricing.

• Digital files delivered through your gallery are for personal use; professional printing quality and colour accuracy can't be guaranteed through third-party or home printing.

• Wispy Willow Creations / Golden Walks cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, or injury arising from a session, except where caused by negligence on my part.

• In the unlikely event of technical failure (e.g. memory card corruption, equipment failure) resulting in lost images, liability is limited to a refund or complimentary reshoot where possible — no further compensation can be offered.
