Each order from Wispy Willow Creations is carefully prepared and packaged by hand with attention to detail.

Please allow 2–4 working days for greeting card orders to be processed before dispatch.

As prints are made to order, they require a little extra time to ensure the best possible quality.

Please allow 3–6 working days for prints to be processed before dispatch.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail.

Estimated delivery times may vary slightly depending on location, but most UK orders arrive within a few working days after dispatch.

All items are packaged carefully to help ensure they arrive safely and in beautiful condition.

Shipping Rates

Greeting Cards (standard delivery) — £1.95

Fine Art Prints

All prints are sent in protective packaging.

If there is any issue with your order, please get in touch — I want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are returned in their original condition.

Because fine art prints are made to order, returns on prints cannot be accepted unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include a photograph of the damage.

A replacement or refund will be arranged where appropriate.
