  • Each order is carefully prepared by hand.

    Greeting card orders are usually processed within 2–4 working days before dispatch.

    Fine art prints are made to order and usually take 3–6 working days before dispatch.

    Once dispatched, most UK orders arrive within a few working days.

  • Orders are shipped using Royal Mail and are carefully packaged to arrive safely and beautifully.

  • Yes — because prints are made to order, they require a little extra preparation time to ensure the best possible quality.

  • Yes — I can ship internationally. Postage costs vary a lot depending on the country and the size/weight of your order, international shipping isn’t available as an automatic checkout option on the website.

    If you’d like to place an international order, just email me at WispyWillowCreations@outlook.com with:

    • The item(s) you’d like

    • Your delivery country

    • Your address (optional at first — country is enough for a quote)

    I’ll then:

    1. Calculate the exact shipping cost

    2. Let you know the total

    3. Arrange payment securely

    4. Ship your order once confirmed

    This keeps things simple and ensures you only pay the correct postage.

  • Yes, greeting cards are left blank inside so you can add your own personal message.

    You can however opt to have a personalised handwritten message inside.

  • Unless otherwise stated, fine art prints are supplied unframed, allowing you to choose a frame to suit your space and style.

  • I do my best to represent colours accurately, but slight variations may occur depending on screen settings and the nature of printed artwork.

  • If you would like a card sent directly to a recipient, please get in touch before ordering and I’ll do my best to help.

  • In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with a photo and I will arrange a replacement where appropriate.
